Sorry but I don't work for eBay. This forum consists of buyers and sellers. 

Shipping label refunds can take up to 2 weeks or more.

If you chose to Void the USPS label, know that it takes up to (about) 3 weeks to see the refund.

Afterthought: you did go to the Label page, use the drop-down menu to the left and selected 'Void label', right??
You only get 5 days to void one, by the way...
