I accidentally signed in as a guest and placed an order, which arrived in pieces totally destroyed. Seller wants me to start a claim against him. There are no items that come up in my purchase history and I cant come up with how to find the purchase as a guest. I need my money back for item and shipping. Calling ebay number only has message to go on line to Customer Service, which leads to Articles but no way to contact anyone or write, email or chat! Any suggestions???

Did you try  signing in as a guest again.  What about filing the claim through paypal?

This policy page describes how to return an item as a guest:
