I accidentally hit the accept return. Can I retract it? The item is shipped to Brazil. Buyer received it over 30 days ago. I have 30 days return policy. If the international shipping not involved, I don’t mind to accept it. If I accept the return, I’ll have to provide return label from Brazil to USA which I don’t know how. It’s a $200 camera. Is it possible to retreat my accepted rerurn request?

I don't think so... especially since Ebay favors buyers more than sellers... you may want to try to contact Ebay, but you probably won't get anywhere...

No, not yet. Just in the middle because buyer hasn’t responded yet. I couldn’t able to issue the return label. I don’t know how. From Brazil to here.

If you wish, go silent to delay past the deadline, as the buyer can leave feedback if it's still within 60 days of the purchase.
During the silence, the buyer cannot ask eBay to step in: That option simply will not appear, as your buyer is no longer eligible for protection. If the buyer wishes to return the bicycle for a refund (which you seem willing) they will first have to buy their own return label. Just wait for your buyer to make the next move, if any.

If the 30 days has definitely been passed, then you are not responsible to pay the return shipping. Buyers are covered by your return policy and by the MBG for 30 days past the Delivery Date.
Make SURE that 30 days is definitely up ... when was the item scanned "Delivered"? And when did they open the return?
Also ... what was the reason the buyer gave for return? Not in comments, the actual Return Reason?
If the reason is an MBG reason AND they are within the 30 days, you must provide the buyer with a return label (or refund them in full)
If you cannot provide the buyer with a label (try DHL) then you must send the buyer funds to pay for the return (upfront, not after).
Just for reference, these are the reasons that eBay gives to a buyer in the dropdown return menu: (pink are MBG/SNAD, black are remorse)
Doesn't fit
Changed my mind
Found a better price
Just didn't like it
Ordered by mistake
Doesn't work or defective
Doesn't match description or photos
Wrong item sent
Missing parts or pieces
Arrived damaged
Doesn't seem authentic

Actual delivered date is different than tracking info delivered date. Tracking shows the item was delivered over 30 days ago but actual delivered date is less than 30 days. I carefully investigated and found out that tracking info is incorrect. So the item was delivered less than 30 days. My other issue is how can I issue return label? Ebay doesn’t have option for purchase return label. I have no previous experience with oversea return.
Thank you

Since you can't send a prepaid shipping label, you need to find out how much shipping will cost and send the funds to their Pay Pal account.

Some how I don’t know why, buyer doesn’t respond my messages at all. I sent a lot but none were responded.
