I'm a Chinese seller, i received several request of return. and it's cause from products quality.
So i accept the request, i hope to leave my buyer a message and send our apologize of the bad shopping experience first.
Second, I wants them to kindly understand that our defective products are in the range of acceptance. as we all know nothing is perfect, ereryone makes mistake.
On the other hand, let then set assured that we will refund them all money back.
Last, we hope them leave us feedback to get improved in the future whatever in aspect of quality or service.
Please I want a sample of those after sales letters like that.
