I sell a lot of items that go in letter or flats, and eBay doesn't have an option for me to print pre-metered stamped letters as I could on Etsy for example.
So it constantly is showing on my account that I'm delinquent on providing "tracking and uploading on time" even though there really is a way to show we actually shipped the item as the example I have done all the time on Etsy's platform.
The weird thing is that eBay allows this for trading cards, but not for other misc. items like stickers that can easily go in an envelope as well?
So I remain not qualifying for any Top Rated Seller status just for this sole reason and I have always been met with my customers all being really happy when they receive there order.
I'm scouring the web for a solution and all I can find is a website called letter-track.com? Is anyone here using this site or anything similar that may work to correct this problem?
TL;DR : I want to become a Top Rated Seller, but because eBay doesn't allow me to show tracking on stamped mail, I remain with a very negative status on my account with the sole reason of not "tracking uploaded on time and validated".

The only practical solution is to set up a separate selling ID for items that won't have tracking.

Sorry, but there is no trick. To get credit for using tracking you have to use tracking.

Use Letter Track
Or use a separate account for your PWE (plain white envelope) sales.

This wouldn't be ideal for me as my only business is selling these types of items.

So using letter track will help eBay recognize it as "uploaded on time"?
Is this your personal experience with it?

Anybody maybe knows who I can reach out to regarding this issue? Somebody up the "ladder" so to speak.

Ah, sorry @handofpier ! I was looking at "how to show tracking" and glossed over your main question about TRS status. Must have been a little distracted yesterday. It won't help with your tracking uploaded metric as it won't integrate with eBay. It's a good option if someone gets a lot of INR claims because even though there's no confirmed delivery, the mere fact of having tracking scans along the way will avoid a lot of premature claims.

Letter-track tracking numbers are not accepted as valid tracking by eBay's system and do not count as such, and therefore will not prevent an impact to your TRS status (I researched this a while back, and trying to find a simple yes/no answer to this was very, very frustrating.) The only benefit Letter-track tracking offers is that you can see it going though the USPS system; there is no pickup or delivery scan either, so a dishonest buyer can still claim it never came and get the item for free.
All you can do is create another account for the PWE items, or use it rarely enough that it doesn't get your "no tracking uploaded" metric above 5%.

I"m in the same boat. I want to continue selling a small flat flexible item that the USPS legally says I can ship the item in a envelope, but eBay will only permit certain categories. I've used lettertrackpro.com and they are okay, but as others say it won't upload to Ebay's service asa trackable item.
The really odd, and infuriating, thing is sometimes they let me ship via Ebay envelope and sometimes they say I can't. It drives me nuts because it's a profitable item with the envelope tracking, and not with the higher shipping. I get a lot more sales on it if I offer free shipping too. It's driving me nuts.

The eBay "Standard" envelope (usually referred to as ESE) is available in selected categories which you can see listed on this page:
