Hi, I am in US so I won't help you much, but I would suggest to average shipping charges per continent, e.g. shipping to European countries would $20 for 0-0.5 kg, then another price for 0.5 - 1 kg etc. Similarly Asia, North America etc. You will lose on some, you will gain on some.
To assign various prices to various continents/countries you edit the shipping page and pick individual countries / continents.
You have to do this for every weight bracket. The easiest way is to do one shipping bracket for all your items, e.g. 0-0.5 kg. The use ebay bulk edit and change shipping for items in another weight bracket, e.g. 0.5 to 1 kg etc.
Here I use a private company to print shipping labels that has one rate for Canada and one rate for the rest of the world (per each weight bracket). These shipping labels are approved by the US Postal Service (USPS), so I use USPS to mail them. Don't you have something like that in SK?
