Looking to get some help on setting up shipping so that when a customer buys up to $20 they get Ebay Standard Envelope pricing, but when their order goes over $20 they get moved into USPS Ground Advantage. I'm not seeing a way to set up tiered shipping like that. Or am I missing something in the shipping settings? Any advice or help would be appreciated.

Are you running auctions that have the potential to go over the $20? I don't believe there is a way to account for that. Maybe start with GA but note you can give a discount to ESE price if the auction stays under $20.
If you're worried about multi item purchases adding up, then those can actually go to $50 total value with ESE.

Are stickers included in the ESE program?

Yes. Per Ebay Standard Envelope Rules:
You can use eBay standard envelope to ship trading cards, currency and coins, postcards, stamps, patches, stickers, decals, greeting cards, and seeds.

That's because there isn't a way.
If you're using auction format and expect it to exceed $20, you can:
- Include the cost difference between ESE and GA in your starting price
- Offer GA without ESE
- Offer ESE and pay the GA diff out of pocket, figuring if it goes over $20 you're getting more than you expected in the first place and that higher sell cost will cover the ship difference
If this is fixed price and you're trying to set up combined shipping rules, that's a different story and the ESE limit for multiple items is different than the limit for single items. You'll have to provide more specific info.

I don't do auctions. Everything is fixed price. I don't like the ebay shipping system. We should be able to set up tiered shipping based on total price or quantity. I can't believe Ebay has not done that by this point. They've had 3 decades to allow for a normal shipping system. It would also be nice if we could set bulk pricing our way instead of just 1 to 4 items. There's so much Ebay could do to help the sellers sell more and in turn they make more off our sales, but they're stuck in the 1990's.

@bdmh-enterprises Ahhh.... I didn't catch that $50 total value protection for multiples before. I always thought that $20 value was the max until I went back into the ESE rules and read through it again. Not sure how I missed that before. lol

Do keep in mind ebay covers you for the cost of the item in an ESE but not for the shipping cost. Better than nothing, but not everything. You will need a Paypal account to receive any refunds
