A seller wants to return an item and I already initiated a refund for it. I accidentally went too fast in the process and forgot to send him a return shipping label. Is there a way I can send him a return shipping label now?

I assume that you mean a buyer instead of seller wants to return the item. I suppose that your could purchase a label and have him print it. However, there is a chance that you may not get your item back since you already refunded the buyer without having received the item back first. Hopefully, your buyer will take the high moral road and return it, but I don't believe there is a way for you to force him to do so.

You can create a label, send it to a pdf file, and email it, or you can print it to paper and snail mail it. You can use Paypal shipping or USPS to create the label.
It is likely the buyer will not return the item since he already has his refund, but it is possible he might.
