How to return good?

I started return but Post office cannot allow cellphone with battery shipping by normal airmail but seller want me to shipping by this way seller told me do not use FedEx or fast shipping but this is only way to ship the return what will I do?

You open a return with ebay. Seller is required to provide return shipping or just refund & not seek the item returned. This comes in several forms: 1) a prepaid shipping label if within the country between buyer & seller or if unable to provide a prepaid return label, 2) you need to package it up & get a quote for the tracked service that will carry it & provide that amount to the seller whom is required to provide you the funds to return the item. Do not ship until return label or funds for shipping received.

If they refuse to provide the funds to pay for the return in this scenario - ebay will rule in your favor for the refund & let you keep the item.

Are you overseas the USA and returning a package to the USA?

If you are in the USA, open a return and you should be given a return shipping label for a ground service.

Overseas to the USA is a tough one. If they used EIS, it would be easy. There is no more "sea mail" (grumble...), not sure how you would return it ground from overseas.

You are in Thailand. Thailand Post has the same rules as U.S. when shipping a cell phone. You can't  ship the battery separately.  It must be installed in the phone,  packaged safely in a package small as possible. You have to turn off the phone and cover the power switch so it can't accidently be turned on. You need to provide the IMEI number.

Yes, I'm in Thailand going to ship to China, Sorry if I post mistake forum section this is my first time on Ebay community, And yes Thailand post not allow shipping any of battery carrier but someone told me it should be ship but I don't know how to write a CN22 and I worries it not passing through X-ray scanner and they will refuse send back me the package if they open the box anyway Thank for your help
