So I ordered some 02 sensors for my vehicle after researching multiple sites for the correct application. When I found some that were reasonably priced, I clicked on the vehicle application verification links they had and it said this was the proper application for my vehicle, so I purchased them in Mid-April. They just arrived yesterday and I tried to install them but the housing on the plug is not correct. The seller sent me the wrong ones. I clicked on the return an item link and then got a pop up telling me to pay and print a return shipping label. Why? The seller sent the wrong item, why should I have to pay. So in haste, I clicked to close the return. WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS! I have not had to return an item before due to a Seller's mistake. Now it looks like i'm out $85.00 because when I do try to go back to print a shipping label to return them (as the seller is refusing to pay return shipping), I get a message that my return has been closed and cannot be reopened. I tried a different way and am now being told I cannot return the items. Where is the justice in this? What happened to buyer protection when the seller ships the wrong items? Any suggestions? I have $85.00 worth of parts I cannot use (oh yeah, Seller's one comment to me was "you can't use for anything?". Hello........ Oxygen Sensors obviously can't be used for just anything.
