Just reprint it. You were charged for the one label already and will not get charged if you print more then once. You could print it several times if there is a problem with your printer, but can only use it once. If you are having issues with printing from the label window, save it as a download and print if from there.

Re: How to reprint a shipping label that I've already paid for?

You can reprint the labels for free as many times as you want until you dropped off the package at the carrier office and it didn't begin moving the package and tacking it in the system.

1. From the Orders menu click Shipping Labels

2. From the Actions selections left to your Item click Reprint Label.

If it's already late you will  have the only Print Another Label and Print Packing Slip options,

but you will have to pay for this label.

USPS postage labels purchased through eBay can be reprinted within 24 hours.  So  the original poster can't reprint his label any more, since he asked this question a year ago.

What's great about Pirate Ship is that the shipping label is a PDF that you can save and reprint if necessary. There's no 24-hour limit.

antreso, thank you your answer was helpful.  when I followed ebays instructions the only option was to pay for a new label.  but with the link you provided, I was able to choose to just reprint the label without buying another. thank you Thank you THANK YOU 😄

There was a reprint label for me after 24 hours for some reason. Saved me a double charge.

You can reprint the USPS label after 24 hours by following the link in the confirmation e-mail.

I always get an email affirming my shipping label purchase. In the email it has an option to reprint the label.

Re: How to reprint a shipping label that I've already paid for?

That worked perfectly! Printed a label on Saturday at 13:45 and got water on the package later that day. When I went to reprint it early Monday morning, I was not able to reprint from ebay (as 24hr had passed) but the separate email that is sent when you initially purchased the postage on ebay had a link to reprint even after the 24 hour time limit. Whew, as I did not feel like requesting a refund from the PO if I had purchased a new label. Thanks <pinkryder123>!

If you use your phone or notebook to send sent shipping label to your email to print, look on your email attachments and it will be there. I use my cellphone to pay and send shipping labels to my email so I can print later.
