How to remove Postage cost if a buyer collects?

Hi all,

I would like to try and attract local business by giving buyers the option to bypass the usual postage cost on my items and collect it from our business premises...is this possible? They would pay for the items on ebay, through Paypal as usual but i would like to offer it cheaper to those who can collect...

All my items are BIN with free postage so im guessing i would have to list each item seperately with a lower price and collection only?...really hoping there is an easier solution than this - maybe a discount code for example?

Offer "Local Pickup" (although I don't recommend it). If you did this at all, I would recommend cash on pick up.

The only way to do it is offer local pickup only, no other shipping options and the place the wording in the listing that you accept cash on pickup. Any other way could be problems for you.

Thanks guys but im keen to keep the buyers paying through Paypal so everything is tracked and hassle-free - and just collecting it from us.

Also i work in a large factory where i could advertise our shop and if someone buys an item i could bring it in for them to save the postage...

On local Pickup  you can Require cash only !  You to do ( No PAYPAL PAYMENTS ON LOCAL PICKUP)  in your Ebay Listing  .

I want to keep Paypal payments and just let the person collect

Can someone please explain how the Discount Code system works? maybe i could give my workmates a discount code so when they checkout they can use it to effectively remove the amount they would be paying for the postage and then they could collect from me...?
