Is there anyway to print a scan sheet for the post office without using the Bulk Mail Feature?
I print the postage for my eBay sales individually. Most days I just have 1 or 2 sales but once in awhile I will have 6 or 7 items and this gives the Post Office employee a great excuse to lecture me about printing a scan sheet. Which usually takes more of their time than to scan it, but I don't make policy so I just roll my eyes and say I will do better. Any suggestions?

If I only have 1 package to ship, I will select that package plus 1 other that I have already shipped. I select to print the labels, and then I select to REMOVE the one item I have already shipped. I proceed to print out my one label, and then I can select to print the SCAN sheet.

Recently many items are just scanning ACCEPTANCE and sitting for a week before movement. I would insist on the post office scanning each and every one. If she gives you a hard time because scanning your 6 packages takes 60 seconds and she had a hard day, carry a black marker with you and cross out the barcodes and have her print postage for your packages one by one and then you can hold up the line for 20 minutes.
Imagine going to a supermarket and the cashier complaining because you brought too many items.
