I bought a phone after being told the esn was clear but once I received it, the phone was still activated on the sellers account. I tried getting ahold of the seller to fix it and at first they seemed very apologetic and wanted to help get it sorted out but they suddenly stopped responding to me. I ended up asking for a return and it says the the seller has initiated a refund. Do I send it back now? I don't see an option to print a shipping label and it says that I've already returned the item and that it's been delivered and I haven't.

There’s no return label. The seller chose to issue a refund. You can contact him and ask him if he wants it back, and if he does, ask him to send a label (assuming you are both in the same country). Once the refund was initiated, you were not required by eBay to return the phone for a refund so that’s why they did not give you a label 🙂

Thank you. There's probably a mistake though because I'm sure she would want the phone back. Like I said before though she hasn't been answering my emails but she had to have seen the one from ebay. I'm not sure if she's ignoring me or what's going on.

I'm sure she should would answer you if she wanted the phone back. Its possible she was confused by the return process on her end, after the seller accepts the return, ebay prompts them to issue a refund. The seller shouldn't proceed to that next step until after they have their item back but the system by design tricks sellers so the refund might have been issued prematurely. But either way, she will have to buy a label & send it to you or send you the funds through paypal if she wants it back. If I was you, I would hold on the phone for 2-3 weeks just incase something happened to her, and if she still didn't contact me, I'd move on.
