How to pay Seller additional Shipping & Handling cost after paying for purchased item?

As the title is stated:  I won an auction item, paid the seller momments after winning, sent the seller a message prior to paying for item asking for special care and handling for a turntable to be extra carefully packed and I would be happy to pay more for shipping. He replied yes to my request and has packed it and sent it with a request for $15 additional.  How do I pay him through the eBay & PayPal platform when ID's are encoded?

Since you are in a transaction you can send each other contact information.  If you give the seller your Paypal email address they can send you an invoice through Paypal. Or if you have their email address for Paypal, you can pay them directly through PP.
