How to mail calendars

I have several dozen calendars that I need to list and eventually ship. What is the best way to send a calendar so it doesn't get bent in the mail?  These are all in new condition, and I would like them to remain that way if possible.

Roll the calendars and secure with a rubber band, then insert the calendar/s inside a tube.

And to add to this:

I sometimes use another folded cardboard with the grooves (the way it folds) going at 90 degrees to the other cardboard layer.
