I just have a question about zip codes on Ebay. For our business, when our clientns finished the order, we also need to check their zip codes. If zip codes that we can delivery, this is fine. However, if the clients' zip codes which we can not delivery, we need to refund to our clients. My question：Does ebay has a function which can automactically identify the zip codes which customers type in? If the ebay system identify the zip code that we can not delivery, it can nofity customers before placing orders. Thank you guys so much
