I have a no return/exchange policy listed on all my items. I just had a buyer message me saying her item was delivered damaged. It was not damaged when I sent it. How on earth do I handle this? This is the first ever issue I have had like this.

Sorry, but I have been through this process and this has come directly from "USPS Insurance" department.
You can't go get it fixed or they won't pay
You need to take the packing, the box AND the damaged items to the USPS for them to file their report.
YOU MUST SHOW PICTURES on your claim, that is a MUST, you won't get paid without them.
You can appeal the decision and if denied again, appeal to D.C.
Don't do these things and they may not pay the claim.
Most claims under $300 are paid without the outside box/packaging being damaged.
If the outside box is not damaged, don't expect a payment.
Call the USPS Insurance department in St. Louis, MO if you want to know exactly what will happen.

Sorry we will have to disagree on this one.
I have filed USPS claims online as the seller & never had an issue
The information I supplied above with the link comes right from the USPS web site & allows it all to be done online.
They may or may not ask for my buyer to take items in so I advise for them to hold on to packing.
Just had 1 cup out of 6 break , double boxed super packed. Just that it was below freezing & stuff happens.
They just paid the claim did the entire thing online & buyer never sent a picture or had to take in packing.
So You cannot say what happened with your insurance happens for everyone.
