How to go about denying return

I need some help to deny a buyer a return. My ad says "no returns" The item is worth $80, I've had 100's of sales of this item with no compliants and great reviews. The buyer messaged me saying the item seems "cheap" and they requested a full refund and for me to send them a return label (which would put me out $15 round trip shipping). I just need some help forming my response so I don't make them angry but I want to be clear with the fact that I will not accept a return.  I really don't want a negetive but I need to put my foot down with these types of buyers. I can't be loosing $15 everytime someone has buyer's remorse and decides they don't like my item. What's a nice and professional way I can deny them a refund? I want to avoid a back and forth dialogue and nip it in the bud for my first reponse. Thanks

Not sure which item you're talking about, but some of your sold items appears to be cheap Asia junk electronics.  The usual reply here is 'return for refund' whether you like it or not.  If they file a claim, sellers almost always lose.

Some of your images need to be edited too since writing/text on them is not permitted.

OK kids, time to get the Dodge loaded up again. I hear 'Poppy's By the Tree' calling. This trip might be a long one too.

Also curious about the TI calculator.  You say 'new without box', but then only show stock text and images.  Nothing about why there is no box or any other seller provided pictures or description.  That is the very kind of thing that can get you in the situation you're in.  Posting you own information and description will prevent these problems.

You have a no returns policy.  I also have a no returns policy.  Your buyer used the reason as "it seems cheap" which makes it "buyer remorse".

I would hold off replying to their message and wait and see if they open a return request and if they do and use the reason as "it seems cheap" you should have the option to deny the request and close the case as ebay will see it as a remorse request.

IF they file a SNAD case for return, call ebay and have them read the message that the buyer sent you saying "it seems cheap".  Ebay SHOULD close the case in your favor.

I've had cases opened that were buyer remorse and ebay gave me the option to deny the return and the cases were closed on the spot.  I've also had cases opened where I had messages that proved they were remorse cases and not SNAD and they were also closed in my favor.  I've also had cases opened due to smoke odor and they have been closed in my favor due to my disclaimer in BIG print in all my listings.
