Hello can someone help me.?
This just happened Sunday Morning I woke up to a purchased item.
A few hours later the buyer requested a cancllation of the order. . They did not realize the size of the item was not their size ( no problem I understand) I agreed to the cancellation as I had not started the process for shipment.
How do I begin the cancellation process to refund the buyers money from paypal?

Go to your Solds. In the More Actions dropdown you'll find the Cancel Order option.
Choose "Buyer Requested" for the reason.
That'll refund the buyer and automatically credit you your selling fees as well. You don't need to log into PayPal.
Be sure about picking the right reason.
