I recently bought a denim jacket from a seller who specified in the listing that the jacket was an Adult Men's Medium. However, after it arrived, it's clear that the jacket has to either be a kids size or women's size - I'm 5'10 so around average height and I don't think I could've fit into this jacket during middle school. It's not just snug or tight-fitting - it's a wrong/misleading listing. eBay isn't letting me take any action in the Resolution Center because it says there's still an open return (even though the seller denied the return earlier today) - do I just wait until the return registers as closed in eBay's system or do I have to take action some other way?

Now you walk away from the return request at eBay and open a SIGNIFICANTLY NOT AS DESCRIBED dispute here, then go back and click Escalate to PayPal right away near the bottom of the page. Then prepare to return the not-as-described item on your own dime to get a refund.
Otherwise, if you paid directly with a card, contact the card issuer to file a chargeback for Goods not as described. In a chargeback, the seller is responsible to retrieve it at their own expense.

Did you actually open an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED case in eBay's Resolution Center?
If so, then you wait 96 hours for the seller's response. Evidently, you received an unsatisfactory reply from the seller, so, at 96 hours, you return to the case and ask eBay to step in.
If you take no action at all, the case will close and you will not be refunded.
