Hey guys first time posting here. I sold to a buyer in Canada using eBay’s international shipping service where they gave me an ESUS tracking number. The item has been sent through eBay already but the buyer doesn’t know which post office the item was sent to and they need me to grab the actual shipping number which I can’t find on my seller tracking. Any advice on how I can help them get the tracking number they need in their country?

the tracking number is usually on the order details page
if you used ebay shipping then I am sure it was sent to him
ebay most likely used his regular post office address
to be truthful the ESUS number does not usually update that fast

Tracking may show up on this site...
https://parcelsapp.com/en/carriers/easyship
If it doesn't give current information, there may be info on that page as to what carrier is being used and that carrier's tracking number.
