Re: How to get a refund without returning item?

Seller can simply issue a refund from there account

You should not have to do anything if seller messaged you that you are not required to return item

normally you are ALWAYS required to return the item in order to get a refund

You will always be refunded back to whatever funding source you payed with

Unless you're in Calif. Then it's called reparations.

Not sure I understand.  Why would you expect a refund and also keep the item?

Re: How to get a refund without returning item?

Why does the seller want to refund your money? Did you file a return? Did you ask the seller for a refund? Did the seller just randomly offer to return your money?  So many questions...

In general, a buyer opens a return, the seller sends a return label. The buyer prints the return label and mails the item back to the seller. When the seller receives the item they sent in the same condition, they refund.
