How to exclude a single item from international shipping?

I'm an occasional seller - not good at keeping up with changes on eBay.  I listed some jeans a while back and opted IN to international shipping.  Now I have another item listed that I don't want to deal with international returns on.  The help says you can specify NO international shipping by item, but I don't see how to do that anywhere.  Can someone give me the instructions?

Hi @tnekm.sell . Happy to give you those instructions if you want them (it's semi-complicated, and not just a check box at the item level), but if not wanting to deal with returns is the issue then there's no need to block international shipping.

Your listings are set up with eIS (eBay International Shipping) which means if the buyer files a return request, eBay handles it and you're out of the picture. You keep the sale. Buyer returns item to eBay and is refunded by eBay.

And then ebay resells it. No FVF for them...
