How to email a return label to an international UK buyer

I need to email a return label to a customer in the UK who is not happy with a purchase.  Apparently there is no help on ebay or papal to do this.  It would be a USPS label.  Does anyone know how to do this.   Thanks...Alice

You should have the buyers email address and phone number from the paypal transaction. Just confirm with the buyer.

Your USPS label is not going to be good in the UK.  You would need to either find out how much shipping will cost and send that amount via Paypal and the buyer purchases the label.

Or you can log into the Royal Mail site, print a return label to a PDF file and email that to your buyer.

@backcanyon - and don'be surprised if you pay more for the return label than you did to ship it there ... just a heads up... 🙂

Something to consider.  Was the item a large or small purchase?  Is the value of the item worth the International return cost?  If not, just refund the buyer and move forward.

You can't.  Your buyer will have to purchase the return label themselves and then you need to reimburse them.

Go to the Royal Mail website, enter the weight for a tracked international service, confirm with the buyer, tell them you are unable to send a return label from this side for UK shipping, send them via Paypal this amount, your job is done.
