Hi.

I'm registered with ebay.com in Japan and i am trying to remove USA from my site preferences. I cannot post there due to the post office restricting some countries that i cannot send to. When i go into North America as a region and try to delete USA it does not appear. Even though i have written that i do not post there on all my listings, some buyers are still buying from me. Please advise how to remove USA.

There is no option to delete USA when you choose to ship to North America.

Also: You are registered on the US site and selling from the US site. You should register on your home site and sell from there.

Thanks for the info but i am a bit confused. I am based in Japan but there is no Japan ebay site so i had to set up with ebay.com. How would i register on my home site and sell from nere.

Ther profile shows the seller's location. Click on Seller's items, scroll down left column to see that he is registered on the US site.

Looks like you are registered in US (it says that you are located in Japan but registered in US) so there is no way to delete US.

Solution: register in UK. If needed you can choose option to list on US site for small fee. In te future if you decide to accept US buyers.

If you list on eBay.com, which is the US site, then you have to offer shipping to the US. To exclude the US, you should list on the Japan site.

I don't think there is a Japan site, as when you set up in Japan most people have to register with ebay.com.

I don’t think that there is an eBay site in Japan. I saw something about that being a portal so perhaps it allows sellers to list on .com using a portal in their own language or something similar?
