How to create shipping rule for US and Canada only?

Ive searched around but cant find an answer for this.  How do I create a shipping rule where I only ship to US & Canada?  Sry if this been asked before but Ive been searching.  Thank you!

Great!  My first response was to your Oops.

Since Canada requires international shipping you will probably need to set the international shipping, but indicate all countries and geographical regions except Canada as being places to which you do not ship.

Oh!  I just noticed that you are a Canadian seller.  You will probably have to set the USA as the only international destination to which you ship since Canadian locations are domestic ones to you.  I'd block everything else though.  If you include North America I suspect that you will be required to ship to Mexico as well.
