How to correct late upload defect

Dear Sirs!

   I had two sales to USA on 13 and 17 of Dec 2020. Both sales handling periods were two working days and coincided with Kazakhstani National Independence Day and as a result 15,16,17,18 and 19 of Dec were declared by our Government as holydays non-working days for all state bodies including our Kazakhstani Postal service Kazpost, which used by me for shipping abroad. So I was able to ship both orders only on Sunday 20 Dec 2020 and uploaded tracking info the same day.

   Inspite of the fact that holydays should not be treated as working days, my both mentioned above sales received the late upload defect status.

  I asked Ebay CS to correct this wrong status,

but received from them the answer that, I quote "once it will mark defect for late tracking upload it will not allow us to remove the defect from our end. Hence I am sorry to inform you that we are unable to remove the defects in your account marked for these 3 products...  Unfortunately, we are not able to remove it due to system limitations." 

   At the same time, I see that for US Sellers you extended handling time even for weather conditions (see post "Seller Protections extended for shipping delays and Northeast snowstorm impacts")

  So it looks like for US sellers you can extend the seller protections, but for international sellers as I am, it is technically not possible!

   Please advise me who should I contact in Ebay that can assist me with this issue, as CS gave me not the solution, but simply come-off answer!
