How to contact ebay for support

My Return was approved but the seller refuses to send a return label and ebay doesn't provide any way to contact ebay to request a return shipping label. If a problem doesn't fit into (Dumb) ebay's menu driven system there is no way to get help. Can someone please help me?

What is the reason for the return and this is a domestic US transaction? eBay gives you instructions if the seller is required to pay for return shipping......they tell you when to expect a label by and there should be a link to ask them to step in if the label isn’t ready after that date.
