Had a buyer claim non receipt. I made a refund despite it showing as being delivered. Things happen.
Buyer had bought something else a few days earlier, and buyer comes back saying THAT item not being delivered, despite the USPS saying it was handed to individual.
Of course, they open a case.
HELP!

@we-sell-for-you Upload the tracking number and then CALL customer service immediately, using the help & contact pages if the case doesn't automatically close. Uploading tracking is NOT a guarantee you will win, the bots can and will get it wrong. Also, you should have blocked the buyer after you refunded them the first time (you didn't have to refund them). Put them on your BBL immediately. It sounds like your buyer is taking advantage and is trying to get another freebee here since you were so quick to refund the first purchase despite the tracking.
