How to change the track number? I entered the wrong one.
I need to return the purchase (the seller deceived me and sent me a broken laptop)

I don't think you can. You will have to call eBay customer service and see what they can do.

If the item was defective it should have been a Not As Described eBay Money Back Guarantee return with the seller paying for the return shipping, and issuing a return shipping label where the tracking is automatically uploaded if an eBay issued rerun label, or tracking uploaded by the seller if they provide the label directly. Why did you pay for the return label?
