How to approach GSP Returns for "item not as described"

Hi,

I recently sold a large item to a buyer located in Quebec, Canada using GSP program. It sold around $100. The dimensions are:

Packaged Depth (in) 6.00
Packaged Gross Weight (lb) 45
Packaged Height (in) 91.00
Packaged Width (in) 6.00

Once the item was received, the buyer said the item was plastic, which was my fault since I did include rubber on the listing title, it was an honest mistake. The buyer request a full reimbursement. How would I approach this? I'm sure sending this large item back to me would be quite expensive from Quebec to Florida. If not, which carrier suits me best?

Therefore is there anything that can be done? I have tried unsucesfully to seek a partial refund aggrement. Should I just take this big lost and just refund him whilst the item remains with him?

Thanks

You need to ask the buyer how much it is going to cost to ship it back.

Then you will have to send him the money to pay for return shipping.
