I’m a private seller and I recently sold an item with eBay's prepaid label (Evri), but I couldn’t drop it off due to the item’s weight. So, I rebooked a courier collection directly through Evri, and now I have a new tracking number.
However, I can’t find a way to update or replace the old tracking number in the order details. Is there a way to:
Edit or replace the tracking info manually?
Mark it as dispatched again with the new tracking?
Or should I just message the buyer directly with the new tracking?

Hi @pressc-44 . This is the US forum. Because our process is different here, you may not find somebody that knows if you can add tracking when you didn't use eBay's label. I suggest asking your question on the UK forum. https://community.ebay.co.uk/
