Hello
As we all know, starting Sep 14, eBay will auto approve return request and send shipping label.
Our concern is, we sold large packages, USPs return charge very expensive, we can use our own UPS label with half of the cost. Is there anyway we still use our own shipping label, instead of eBay auto-generate USPs shipping labels?
Thankks

**bleep**? They are going to auto-send a label? Is eBay paying for the label? I could see them auto approving it if no response after a few days, but they should at least allow communication first.

Sellers using Managed Payments received a message that included this information:
As a managed payments seller, in the current process, if you receive a return request, you are required to accept and approve the return request from a buyer. You are responsible for initiating the refund.
Beginning September 14th 2020, in most cases where an eBay return shipping label is available to the buyer, eBay will automatically accept return requests and provide the return shipping label. Your approval and acceptance will not be required.
You are NOT in Managed Payments, so this does not apply to your account.

Nope, every Sellers are under eBay Managed Payments now. This is mandatory in order to sell on eBay. Ebay want all sellers are in the same return process time frame, and buyer will receive return label without waiting any longer.

No, you are still with Pay Pal, you haven;t been switched over to Managed Payments yet.

@nt_electronics I believe that you can still set up your preferences to require an RMA #. This would give you a chance to provide your own label
