I send items via Economy Shipping from outside US (11 to 23 business days) + 3 or 5 Handling time.
When the buyer buys item today it shows to him Estimated between Mon. Mar. 16 and Thu. Mar. 26.
I cannot understand why it is so. Today March 2 + (11-23) business days + 3 days Handling time. It must be 'Estimated between Mar.23 and May 7'. But why it is so and buyer see this information that he can receive item till Mar.26?

eBay's estimated delivery time frames are not always based on actual shipping service estimated delivery times, but by the average time your items have taken to be delivered in the past.
Because you ship internationally, If your items take longer to be delivered, as long as tracking information is uploaded and shows an item was received by the shipping service within your handling time, you will not get a defect on your account. If a buyer opens an Item Not Received dispute, ebay will make them wait about a week, before they will allow the buyer to ask them to step in.
When I looked at one of your items, the shipping time frame is, "Estimated between Thu. Mar. 19 and Fri. Mar. 27".

The estimated delivery times aren’t making much sense. Some of your listings are using standard shipping from outside of the US which is supposed to be (5-10 business days + handling) and some are showing economy from outside the US which is supposed to be 11-23 business days + handling but both options are showing me a delivery of March 20- 30 or April 1 which isn’t accurate.
