There is a second method you can use, in addition to the method posted above:
- There is a link at the bottom of each page titled Resolution Center ... click on it.
- Under "I bought an item", check the radio button beside "I haven't received it yet."
- Press the Continue button and follow instructions.
It is possible that the expected delivery date for your item has not yet expired. If this is the case, then you will not be able to submit a request until the date expires.
