How is shipping paid?

Is shipping still paid thru Paypal with the Managed Payments Program?  If so, how stupid !!!  They'll be no money going into Paypal, only going out.

When purchasing your shipping label just select "pay with pending payouts" at the bottom of the label purchase page. There is no need to use Paypal for shipping labels (unless you want to.)

You can either use the pending funds to cover the shipping or Pay Pal.

Some sellers have set their credit card as the funding source to their Pay Pal account so they can pay with their credit cards..
