It's bad enough that the Cart Feature exists, but winning bids are now
added and we have to wait for payment. When did this start? I've been
selling for over 20 years and just had my first "cart" experience last
month. So far 4 more this month.
I've seen mentioned that items in cart could disappear if someone else
buys them. I don't see how, as they are not listed anymore, so how could
anyone find them? Basically, it allows the buyer to look for a better
deal, then back out. eBay always men...
