How is a seller still listing new items with first class shipping? I only have usps ground available

Basically I am very much aware of the change over from First class packages to ground advantage. I am just baffled because there is a very large seller who sells some of the same items as me (lightweight household goods) and their listings pretty much all still show $5.99 First Class Shipping. This includes brand new listings. No matter what I do for a 12 oz package sent in a bubble mailer find a similar option for me. I get $6.30 usps ground advantage. Not a big deal but as a big seller with a shop do they have this option still available? I can provide screen shots but I am not sure what the rules are for identifying information and I am not trying to "out" anyone it's just mildly frustrating me! Any ideas? thanks!

Remember you also pay about 15% fee to e-bay on your postage cost too!!! They may do volume but heir profit margin per item is lower
