Im new to the ebay and wanted to know few things about shipping.
1) Which shipping method should i choose for a parcel thats 11x8x2 inches and 17.63 ounces?
2) How the shipping work when a client orders the product, we pack it and what next? Does the shipping company come and pick it up from me and then send it to the customer, or do i have to go to their shipping department to ship it?
3) How do i have to go about paying for shipping, does the shipping company send us a bill at the end of the month, or do we have to pay for each individual package sent, or does the money from clients purchase go straight to the shipping company?
4) Shipping labels how do they work and what do i have to do with them?

First, welcome.
Second, I have a warning for you. When you first start selling you need to watch out for scammers. Sell little low value items at first. If you get flustered and make a mistakeit wont hurt as much. Stay away from high scam items such as cell phones and other tech. At least until you have feedback in the high double digits.
As for shipping, unless it is a huge item I go with USPS. Everyone has a Post Office pretty well close to them and their postage pricing is more straight forward.
You need to select your shipping method and figure out the postage or set up the shipping calculator at the time of listing. YOU CAN NOT ASK FOR MORE MONEY for shipping after the sale. I list most of my items with Free Shipping pre packing and weighing the package to get the postage to zone 8 then I add this into my starting or BIN price. If you don't want to do Free Shipping then you enter this info into the shipping calculator .
When an item sells the buyer will be billed for the item plus the listed S/H. This will pay you and reeburse you for the shipping you put out. DO NOT SHIP UNTIL PAYMENT CLEARS. With USPS you pay as you go. If you have a scale you can print your postage from home and schedual a carrier pick-up or drop it off at the Post Office. For the most part USPS has free carrier pick-up, unless you get rather large into shipping with them FedEx and UPS will charge for picking up.
FedEx will bill you through eBay but I am not a fan and they will tack on surcharges not covered by the buyers payment. If it's to big for USPS I do local pick-up only or on rare occasions go to the UPS store.
You did not mention insurance but I want to touch on it. Shipping with USPS Priority carrys a basic $50 worth of insurance. Beyond that you need to prepare a way clear if an item is lost or damaged. I self insure. When working out my starting price I add in 3-5% of the items trending price to that starting price. This I keep seperate (actual money dropped into a coffee can on my desk). Even if a package is never lost or damaged you will have returns (such is the nature of this beast). This "risk fund" will help to soften the blow.
The best insurance by far is packing your items well , spend some time reading these boards, watch the tutorials and go through everything eBay puts out on selling (they do change from time to time so keep up to date).
Good luck and remember stay away from the high scam catagories.

listing the products as a fixed price and all the other things.
And our business is not located in the US, we are in EU.

And also i saw that there is a option to use DHL as export carriers.
But when i list the product i dont see it as an option, is it under a different name there or what?
asking that because i have a contract with this carrier for shipping our other products that we ship around in our country

DHL stopped home delivery in the USA back in 2009. The few packages shipped via DHL are usually handed off to USPS for delivery at point of entry in the country. Only a few major citys actually have DHL now.

This is primarilty a US board. You should check your countrys eBay boards for some help with DHL and exporting to the US.
