How do you get Ebay to update tracking information.

An item I sold was shipped.  The USPS site shows the item was delivered but Ebay still shows it is out for delivery.  How to I get Ebay's tracking info to update with the correct info on the USPS site?  Thank you.

I’ve noticed around a 4 hour delay in update on delivery.

Sometimes just viewing the tracking via the order will magically cause the status to update when you refresh the orders page.

It is buggy. I wouldn't worry about it unless a buyer is complaining or there is a problem.

It can take some time to download millions of tracking files from hundreds of millions of files.

USPS tracking is and has been down all day.

They don't actually download hundreds of millions of files, info is accessed via the cloud from USPS servers. Hopefully they didn't actually tell you they download hundreds of millions of files as an excuse for USPS tracking being down all day?
