How do I ship to Australia when I can't produce an invoice?

First time that I've sold books. Winning bidder informed me that he/she lives in Australia and wanted combined shipping. I'm getting the cost at the P.O. tomorrow, but how do I bill the buyer when Ebay won't let me send an invoice?

They would put them into their shopping cart and the select the button for Request Combined Shipping.

If that does not work for them then you can list everything into one listing with the adjusted shipping and let them purchase it this way.
