How do I ship outside  of ebay?

I don't quite understand the question. Could you reword it?

You can buy a paid shipping thru eBay or from the shipper's site or take the item to the shipper or postoffice so send it if that is your question.    You then have to enter the tracking number for the package.  eBay does it for you if you use their shipping label service.

Provide the shipping info.

Pay for the shipping.

Ship the item.

Upload the tracking # to the purchase if the service you choose does not link to eBay.

Are you trying to figure out how to ship the Volvo engine that you just sold with Freight shipping?

You sold it for $2000 with $1000 shipping yet you have no idea what it would really cost to 'ship international'....I'll bet ALOT more than $1000. 

You needed to 'sell that USA' only (exclude all countries)
