When I print a label (onto sticky label paper), it prints the label AND also prints a packaging receipt on the same label--which wastes perfectly good label paper on the receipt. I can't find any way to void the receipt part and print just the label, either in the printing dialog boxes or in my account.
Any suggestions on how to manage this?

On the create label page, look to the right and click on Show More. Scroll down to the current label format and click Change.

Awesome, except there's not a 'CREATE LABEL' page.

What program/portal are you using to print shipping labels?
It almost certainly depends on this, but there should be a way to change "label options" or "label preferences" somewhere in the label creation flow.

In eBay when you click on "Purchase shipping label" there will be a page displaying options. On the right side is label preferences "Print Format".
If you click on "Change" at right side this window pops up:
That might be what you are looking for.
After setting that it should save it for future labels.
Note: there are different label creation flows, even within eBay so not sure if this is how you are creating labels.

Hi @five-star-collectibles . rfmtm was referring to the label purchase page where you enter package dimensions, select a service and confirm payment before printing your label. If you're having the same problem as the original poster, you need to uncheck the "add receipt and instructions" box.
On the label purchase page first make sure your label options are expanded:
When your shipping options are expanded:

For everyone having a hard time getting to the screen above - on the purchase label page, look in the upper right hand corner area for the magic wording that I had to look for on my particular page which was "advanced shipping options" click on this . THIS. This is what opened the magic screen above that finally enabled me to change my label size that had somehow gotten changed to 8 x 11 back to 4 x 6 and all is right in the world of printing labels again on my iDPRT! I have been trying to fix this for 2 days!!!
