Buyer item arrived broken. A full refund was already issued but it didnt include the shipping? Im trying to refund the shipping as well.

If a full refund was issued, then it should have included shipping (and sales tax, if any)... so it sounds like a full refund was not issued. To address your current issue... go to Seller Hub/Orders/Paid and shipped, find the order and use the drop-down menu to the left to select 'Send refund', enter the amount you want to issue, Confirm and Submit. Easy-peasy and good luck.

Are you referring to the shipping the buyer paid when they made the purchase or the return shipping?
Did the buyer open a return request? If so, what was the reason for the return that they checked off? It the reason was broken, all amounts including original shipping would have been refunded.
If no return claim was opened, how did you refund the money? If it was through the send refund option you should be able to refund any more money owing from there.
