How do I get my return label money back?

Do I just open a case? Buyer asked for a refund so I asked him to return the item, he never did and paypal refunded him his money before I started the return process and bought the shipping label through paypal.

Why would you open a case? To answer your question no you don’t open a case. You can’t open a case. You have to void the label. If the label was purchased through paypal I think you have 48hrs after purchase to void it. If it’s too late to late, contact the post office.
