It says the item was delivered, now you should get a refund. It's hard to tell from your post what the problem is as everything on that page you posted looks right.
I'm in the same situation as you, also my last day to receive a refund was today (03-14-2018). I have the same page as you but no way to see where I could ask ebay to step in. I did call them just now ,say told me I would have to wait 24 hours after the last day. I was told there would be an option on my refund page but since you waited 24 hours without seeing any new options I would call them. They told me to give them a call and they would be able to just escalate the case. Sorry about not beeing able to tell you anything else. Good luck!
