I sold a piece of new medical equipment. Buyer wants to return. I do not except returns on any medical equipment and the auction says I dont. Buyer left negative feedback saying item was fake chinese **bleep**, which it was not, its made in the usa. Distributed by US company. How do i decline his return so that i can get paid? Ive searched everywhere. Ive responded to his messages with proof of US origion.

OP means "original poster" which is you.
What you pictured as the item you sold is a cpap hose. You may not be aware but ebay does NOT allow cpap supplies to be sold here because a patient has to have a prescription to purchase cpap supplies in the real world. I know because I have to go back to my sleep disorder doctor every few years to get my prescription renewed or I'm out of luck in being able to get any supplies~~including hoses. ANY medical related item that requires a prescription in the real world is NOT allowed to be sold on ebay. I wouldn't fight this if I were you. I'd let the buyer keep it and refund him & don't draw attention to yourself for selling an item that should never have been listed on ebay at all.
I have 2 bags full of cpap masks, hoses, etc. but after having listed an item and had the listing removed by ebay I won't list any of the supplies here again~~it could result in the suspension of my account and it isn't worth it.
I didn't look at your listings but if you have other cpap supplies listed you really should end the listings before ebay ends them for you.

Im disabled with no income other than what i find to sell on here.Sorry, but that is just a little hard to believe seeing how many items you sell.
- The OP has one item currently listed for sale.
- The OP has eight "sold" listings since January.
- The OP has 14 "completed" listings since January.
- The OP has a total of 12 feedback comments.
On what are you basing your comment? Can disabled people list, what, only ten items, maybe? They can't own enough items for 14 listings in three months?
I, frankly, sir, with all due respect, think your comment is uncalled for. I think, in my opinion, you owe the OP an apology.
The poster's comment might not have anything to do with the OP's statement of being disabled, but rather his statement of having no other income. The selling income to date seems very small and insufficient to support someone (disabled or not)
The OP has only SOLD $105 (roughly) since Janurary. eBay fees would take $10.50 (at least) and PP fees would take $3.35.
That means that the OP would only have come out making $90 (roughly) for the last 3 months.
I don't think you could support your self when selling that much, especially if you have kids, wife/husband, etc. you are buying things for too.
@city*satinshit the nail in the head. That was exactly what I was trying to say.

You missed the space between "satins & hit". Funny.

Haha, I did not see that before.

Don't feel alone~~someone else spelled "account" wrong yesterday. That was funny too.

I saw quite a bit of it listed. I'll have to check into that.
BTW, just because somebody else has something for sale does not mean that you can list it.It may take longer for them to end one listing than another.

Don't think the OP was or did imply that the income they receive from a few eBay sales is used to support day to day living costs. The OP is more than like is on a fixed disability income and has no other source of income - those "few" dollars, even just $90, goes towards a few extra things or go towards a higher than normal utility bill.
BTW you math is good.
