I ordered a setting powder, and after I ordered I realized how long it would take but I don’t have the time to wait for it. I contacted the senders twice and they won’t respond. After I messaged them about cancelling the order they shipped it. And I have no way of cancelling it or contacting sender. Also I got lashes that I cancelled the order but didn’t get a refund like they said. How do I resolve these issues?
