How do I cancel this label? No option to cancel in label management

Sold an international item and when I corrected the shipping details eBay defaulted me to their international shipping option instead of the PMI the guy paid for.  

When I go to the label management page it shows the label but there is no option to cancel it.   So how do I get rid of it?  I'm not stiffing this guy $25 on the postage.  Nor do I want to be stiffed for the price of the label.  

Then I need to go find where ever the default setting is and take out eBay international shipping.  Do not use it, do not have any desire to ever use it.  Forgot it was even a thing until they stuck me with it today.

There is no need to cancel it, you are not charged if it is not used.

eBay international standard delivery charges will appear on your eBay invoice.

You’ll only be invoiced for a shipping label once your parcel has been received at our consolidation center.
